Lodging Policy
PROGRAM: Hall Of Fame Fields (HOFF) works with a number of different Lodging Partners to procure preferred lodging rates for our participant’s families and friends. We also want to ensure a sufficient number of rooms will be available for all guests. Through our lodging program, all out of town teams and guests must book their rooms through our HOFF lodging partners, which allows you to receive specially discounted rates at a variety of hotels. You can find these hotels online through the HOFF website’s “Lodging” tab and contact the lodging partner directly by dialing the phone number listed on the HOFF website.
Once you have booked rooms with one of our Lodging Partners, you must submit a rooming list with confirmation numbers prior to final payment due April 15, 2012 (these rooms must be booked within the HOFFblock). Any reservations made through a third party provider (e.g. expedia, hotels.com, priceline, hotwire etc.) or booked outside the HOFF room block will not fulfill the team lodging requirement. However, our lodging partners do guarantee to price match the lowest published rates for their rooms.
ALTERNATIVE LODGING ARRANGEMENTS: If your guests plan on making arrangements outside the HOFF lodging program (i.e. stay with local family or friends, camp at an RV park, etc.) please contact your HOFF representative to utilize the $400.00 “Lodging Buyout Option”. Please understand that the lodging sponsorship program has already been used to discount the price of the tournament entry fees, as we make every effort to make the HOFF experience as affordable as possible to all of our participants.
LOCAL TEAM: Any participating teams within 60 miles of the complex may request a WAIVER on the lodging policy.
POLICY: In order to participate at the Hall Of Fame Fields your team must fit into one of the following three categories:
1-Book DIRECTLY with a HOFF lodging partner listed on the HOFF website under the “lodging” tab. You must book inside the group block (be sure to mention the HOFF when you book and get your confirmation number). A Minimum of 5 hotel rooms for 5 nights or a total of 25 hotel nights must be booked. Teams must submit a complete rooming list with confirmation numbers, arrival dates and departure dates prior to final payment due April 15, 2012; or
2-Utilize the “lodging buyout option” ($400.00 per team); or
3-Register as a local team, based within 60 miles of the complex.
Disclaimers:
Hotels must be booked directly through the hotel. Hotel rooms booked through third party sites do not count.
HOFF acts as a passive conduit for online distribution information to our lodging partners. Participants are solely responsible for the customer information they provide through the HOFF.
HOFF is not responsible for any cancellations or for any acts by the lodging partners who provide accommodations. Lodging partners are not agents or employees of HOFF.
HOFF is not liable for any loss or damage to property, injury or damage or claims whatsoever arising from any act, error, omission, default or negligence of any person not an employee of the HOFF.
